Aluminum - Coil

Aluminum is an important engineering material because of its high strength-to-weight ratio, resistance to corrosion, high thermal and electrical conductivity, appearance, machinability, and formability. Among its many uses, aluminum is used for packaging, structures, electrical conductors, and consumer goods.

Aluminum coil is coiled flat sheet or strip metal - usually one continuous piece or length. Rolled Aluminum strip, slit to width and supplied in coil form, also known as "pancake" form, wrapped onto an ID or core in a continuous length.
