1050 6063
A non-heat-treatable alloy used where corrosion resistance and formability are important and strength is not. Typical applications are architectural and appliance trim and low pressure tubing for carrying chemicals and foodstuffs. A multi-purpose alloy. Applications include windows, doors, curtain walls, signs, furniture, medium-strength frames, decorative trim, heatsinks and boats.
6060 6463
Ideal for complex shapes in applications other than structural. When you require a bright, specular finish. Ideal for picture frames, appliance trim, showcase, shower stalls, display systems and light reflectors.
6061 6005
A high-strength alloy used in trucks, trailers, towers, machined parts and marine applications. A high-strength alloy. More extrudable than 6061 and 6351. Effective applications include antennas, towers, ladders and machined parts.
6351
High-strength, good fatigue and impact resistance. Used in pipelines, highway barriers, trailers and road vehicles.
