Pretreatment and cleaning produces the ideal conditions for the subsequent coating of plastic. Using a dry process means immediate further processing of the plastic is possible. The goals are:

• no mechanical damage to the surface
• no wet chemicals
• an environmentally friendly process
• mold release agents, additives, plasticizers and hydrocarbons are removed from the surfaces
