Precision micro-miniature stampings from both ferrous and non-ferrous materials are used for close-tolerance quality-critical applications. These high precision miniature stampings can be produced with very intricate shapes and hole diameters as small as 0.004". Parts are stamped from a wide range of materials such as thin polyester and polyimide films and metal foils as thin as .001" urethane; mica, adhesive backed laminates, and unfired ceramic tape.
