New Product Development of Electronics

Job shops often offer full service new electronics product development, from the design to prototypes to manufacturing. This often includes the design and construction of all types of analog and digital circuitry, including the treatment of low-level signals in a high-noise environment and fast digital signals up to 1600 MHz in ECL and 125 MHz in CMOS. Standard practice includes instrumentation front ends for a variety of transducers such as tachometers, encoders, ultrasonic, infrared, position sensors, and thermocouples. Microprocessors are often embedded in products with real-time software to produce “smart” systems.
