Control Panel Assemblies Are Custom Manufactured for Mission-Critical and Medical Equipment
NORTH BILLERICA, Mass.— Aved Electronics, Inc. recently announced that it is introducing custom manufactured front and back panels that incorporate “electromechanical components and connectors optimized for real world medical applications.”
The company said in a release that its electromechanical panel assemblies for critical applications are custom engineered, sourced, and manufactured to “coincide with real world applications requiring robust panels.” Aved’s technicians match components, wiring, and connectors to actual handling, environmental, and use requirements. They also evaluate and co-build front and back panels, from “2 inches square and up” that are reported to be totally integrated and 100 percent tested for electrical continuity.
Fabricated to ISO 13485 quality standards, Aved’s electromechanical panel assemblies are said to provide medical OEMs with a “compatible, connectorized, and fully tested” product as one SKU. According to the manufacturer, this simplifies bill of materials and procurement, adds experienced engineering value, and reduces handling. The company reports that it provides complete engineering support that includes process control, 3D modeling, documentation, manufacturing, and testing procedures.
