Hydroforming Fabrication for Commercial and Aerospace Industry
Located in a 30,000 square foot facility in Southern California's San Gabriel Valley since 1956, California Hydroforming Company, Inc. has established itself as the leader in the field of hydroforming. Over the past 45 years, California Hydroforming has produced a wide range of parts for the Commercial and Aerospace Industries.
Our parts span the forming needs of the commercial aircraft, military, medical, space & satellite and the bicycle industries, just to name a few. Our metal forming experience with such alloys as Inconel, Titanium, Haynes 188, Monel, Kovar, Tantalum, and copper along with the typical aluminum alloys, stainless steels, hot and cold rolled steels allows us to meet a wide range of customer needs. With our experience in these industries we understand the need for high quality standards.
Using the Cincinnati developed Hydroform presses, ranging from 12" to 32", provides us a unique metal working method. The advantage of the Hydroforming process comes from not only being able to form the cylindrical and box shape parts but also forming shapes with sharp angles, acute compound and other types of geometries. The hydroforming process gives us the ability to maintain original material finishes with little to no distortion, wrinkling and minimal thinout. With the support of our sheet metal and machining departments, we have the ability to complete the fabrication of hydroformed parts or manufacture non-hydroformed parts.
