Basic hot stamping principles involve the use of heat and pressure to decorate plastic, metal or wood surfaces. Silicone rubber is used in hot stamping because it has excellent heat recovery properties, release characteristics, high pressure endurance, and produces a "printed" vs. a "branded" look. It is an excellent process for "printing" your logo, product information or graphics onto your product.Screening is the process of passing ink through a fabric screen. The image is exposed on to the screen and ink is applied to that area. The ink is then forced out through the screen to the core stock below. KEYWORDS for this process: stampers, screeners, printers
